We currently don't offer any online content streaming. To enjoy your movies and shows, you can add them to your personal cloud storage.
"CLOUD" refers to internet-accessible servers offering global users services. Users can create cloud accounts to store data. Watchlist Pro integrates personal cloud storage, enabling content playback with easy-to-navigate categories. Watchlist Pro currently supports Mega and Redboxes.
How do I subscribe and what are the available subscription plans?

To subscribe to Watchlist Pro, please visit our
Plans page.
Once on the Plans page, you can explore the different subscription options available to you. After selecting a suitable plan, simply click on the
Get Started Now button to proceed to the payment method page.
On the payment method page, you'll be able to choose your preferred currency and payment method. After selecting your payment method, a summary of your payment, along with payment details and terms and conditions, will be displayed. Once you've reviewed and agreed to the terms, click the green 'Purchase' button to complete your purchase.
How can I set up or disable automatic renewal for my Watchlist Pro plan?

Currently, we only support automatic renewal for monthly subscriptions.
To enable automatic renewal:
1. Select the monthly plan and proceed to the payment method section.
2. Choose the 'Credit/debit card' payment method.
3. Enter your payment details as required.
4. Before completing the purchase, check the 'Automatic Renewal' box to enable this feature.
To disable auto-renewal:
1. Visit the Watchlist Pro Member Site.
2. Log in using your Watchlist Pro account credentials.
3. Go to the 'My Account' tab.
4. Alongside your plan details, you'll find an option to cancel auto-renewal.
What payment methods are accepted for Watchlist Pro subscriptions?

If your payment has been made but your account hasn't been activated, please follow these steps for assistance:
● Ensure Correct Account: Double-check that you're logged into the correct account associated with your Watchlist Pro subscription.
● Verify Payment: If you've made a payment by card or cash and have waited for the specified processing time, yet your subscription remains inactive, please provide proof of payment and a screenshot of your 'My Account' page. This will help us expedite the resolution process.

● Cash payments may take up to 3 business days to be approved.
● Card payments should be processed immediately upon completion.

If you've already added the cloud in your app but it still shows "Not Connected"

If a movie or series appears as "Not connected", that means the clouds you conntected with didn't uploaded the corresponding content with that title. As soon as the connected clouds upload the content, you will have immediate access to it.
